Prishtina, July 21, 2025 – Agim Musliu, expert official and former Director at the Institute for Hybrid Warfare Studies “OCTOPUS,” an institute specializing in the analysis of hybrid threats for professionals and experts, has publicly disclosed on his social media platforms that Aleksandar Arsenijević widely known as a critic of the Serb List—was rewarded with an apartment in Serbia by Milan Radoičić. This gift is linked to Arsenijević’s role in activities aimed at destabilizing northern Kosovo.

According to Musliu, after fleeing Kosovo, Arsenijević was accommodated in the town of Vrnjačka Banja, Serbia. The apartment was personally gifted by Radoičić as a “thank you” for Arsenijević’s efforts to undermine stability in the region.

Musliu emphasized that, although Arsenijević was publicly known as a civil society activist, behind the scenes he actively supported and assisted in implementing Belgrade’s destabilization agenda in northern Kosovo. Musliu further stated that Arsenijević continues to receive financial support from illegal Serb structures operating within Kosovo.

In a police raid conducted in June at Arsenijević’s villa in the village of Vallaq, authorities discovered a full arsenal of weapons. The villa was constructed by the company ‘RAD 028,’ which is currently listed under U.S. sanctions. While Radule Stević officially manages the company, ownership is held by Milan Radoičić. The property had previously been used by groups known as “Civil Protection” and “Severna Brigada” to monitor Kosovo Police and KFOR operations.

These revelations, shared by Musliu on his social media channels, underscore ongoing efforts by Serbia and Milan Radoičić to exploit certain individuals and organizations within the Kosovo Serb community to further destabilize the region and spread propaganda, all while concealing these actions behind the facade of civil society activism.
