Radio Free Europe reports that there is broad agreement on the need to reopen the Iber Bridge in Mitrovica, but disagreements remain over when and under what conditions it should happen.

According to the report, the Kosovo Government is pushing for the bridge to be fully reopened to traffic and placed entirely under the control and security of the Kosovo Police.

The main obstacle appears to be the timing of the reopening, with the parties involved yet to reach a final agreement on when the bridge should become fully operational.
