The situation across the entire territory remains calm.

However, based on intelligence data, Milan Radoičić’s group is training at three locations near the Kosovo border.

This was revealed after the head of AKI reported to the Commission for AKI Oversight.

“The situation in the four northern municipalities is stable, even though Serbia’s efforts to escalate security tensions are ongoing. The threat from Serbia and paramilitary and terrorist organizations, whose members are being trained and sheltered in Serbia, is assessed as very high. Based on intelligence data, the terrorist group is recently conducting exercises at several locations in the vicinity of Novi Pazar, Kopaonik, and Kraljevo,” stated Ganimete Musliu, chairperson of the Commission.

It is also emphasized that this group continually plans and discusses possibilities for attacks in cooperation with Serbian security structures.

“They are continuously planning and discussing attack possibilities. The group’s leader, Milan Radoičić, continues close cooperation with Serbia’s security structures, high-ranking state officials, and maintains contacts with several radical and criminal organizations with regional reach,” Musliu said.

A potential conflict between Kosovo and Serbia is seen by political scientist Nexhmedin Spahiu.

According to him, this could arise from the failure to implement the basic agreement of the Franco-German plan.

“Considering that the implementation of the agreement based on the Franco-German plan is being delayed, it shows that the risk of war is very high. The more time passes without implementing the Franco-German plan, the greater the risk of war. But I don’t believe Radoičić’s forces would enter Kosovo without causing an incident within Kosovo,” said Spahiu.

Kosovo Police also state that this group poses a threat to the country.

However, they emphasize that they are in a state of readiness to respond.

“We have such information, every piece of information that AKI has, we know. What we have to say is that as long as the group that attacked in Banjska is free, it is a challenge for us. However, the situation in the north of the country is calm and delicate. For us, it is important that the police are in the north and can respond anywhere. Any information we have, we can address,” said Veton Elshani, Deputy Director of the Kosovo Police for the northern region.

Tëvë1 reported exclusively on these trainings near the Kosovo border, also providing footage of the extreme Serbian groups.
