Albanian Defense Minister Hosts FSK Commander: We Will Make Kosovo Part of the Euro-Atlantic Security Architecture

The Albanian Minister of Defense, Pirro Vengu, announced that he met today with the Commander of the Kosovo Security Force, General Bashkim Jashari.

Vengu wrote on Facebook that the strategic and fraternal cooperation between the two forces continues to deepen.

“Together with the Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces – Lieutenant General Arben Kingji, I received today the Commander of the Kosovo Security Force, Lieutenant General Bashkim Jashari.
The strategic and fraternal cooperation between our two forces continues to deepen: from training and military education, to the development of the defense industry, participation in exercises, and joint efforts in regional initiatives,” Vengu wrote.

He expressed that Kosovo will be made a full part of the Euro-Atlantic security architecture.

“Together we will work to make Kosovo a full part of the Euro-Atlantic security architecture,” the minister wrote.
