The Serbian Football Federation has reinstated the Albanian national flag at the “Dubočica” Stadium in Leskovac, where the Serbia–Albania match will take place.
The move comes a day after the Albanian national team held its training session at the same venue — notably without the red and black flag being displayed.
When asked by Top Channel about the absence of the flag, officials from the Serbian Federation stated that it had been a preventive measure to “avoid any unpleasant incidents,” adding that the flag would be placed on the day of the match.
