The Parliamentary Ethics Committee has decided to suspend Democratic Party MPs Gazment Bardhi and Fidel Kreka for 10 days following their unacceptable behavior during the plenary session on September 18, reports Sinjali.com.

During the session, the two MPs threw a copy of the Constitution towards Prime Minister Edi Rama. According to the Socialist Party, the opposition disrupted the normal proceedings of the session with shouting, table banging, and other disturbances, as reported by Klan TV.

In a formal letter to the Speaker of Parliament, Niko Peleshi, the ruling majority described the act of throwing objects at the Prime Minister and government members as a blatant violation of parliamentary ethics and requested disciplinary action against Bardhi and Kreka.
