During a visit to the University Hospital Center in Tirana (QSUT), where a new day hospital was inaugurated, Rama mentioned that he will return as a patient to undergo another procedure due to an inguinal hernia.
“I can speak as a patient of the hospital myself, and I might come back for another procedure. I have an inguinal hernia… I’ve even learned its name,” Rama said, according to A2.
Regarding this hernia, Rama noted that he cannot manage it with his own resources. “I deal with back pain myself by using stretch exercises and self-discipline before meals to avoid putting too much strain on my back from basketball, but it seems I cannot handle this inguinal hernia on my own. So, I will come back,” Rama added.
