The Minister of State for Relations with the Parliament, and Political Leader for the Diaspora of the Socialist Party, Taulant Balla, while attending the opening of a new Albanian school in Bexleyheath, London, stated that the goal of the Albanian government is to expand the network of Albanian schools and classes in the diaspora.

Balla declared that there are more than 7,000 students learning Albanian in many cities across the United Kingdom, and this effort is an important step in preserving and spreading the Albanian language and culture for future generations.

According to Balla, support with Albanian textbooks and the new program “Teachers for the Diaspora” will help increase the number of schools/classes in our beautiful Albanian language.
