The Director of Albania’s State Intelligence Service (SHISH), Vlora Hyseni, paid an official visit to NATO headquarters in Brussels on Wednesday.
During her visit, Hyseni was received by NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte. The meeting came at what SHISH described as a critical moment for Euro-Atlantic security, with growing concerns over regional and global threats.
According to SHISH, the talks focused on strengthening cooperation between NATO and member states’ intelligence agencies to effectively counter emerging risks to regional and international stability.
The visit highlights Albania’s role as a committed NATO member, working closely with allies to reinforce collective security and intelligence-sharing frameworks.
