Acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti has expressed gratitude to the citizens of Kosovo, saying they have once again shown their democratic maturity.
“Today, with calm and composure, the citizens of Kosovo once again demonstrated their democratic culture by spending election day with dignity and responsibility. I thank all citizens for their support for the VETËVENDOSJE! Movement and our candidates across the municipalities. This trust is our strength to continue working with dedication and commitment going forward.
But now it is time for the commissioners and observers, who not only count the votes but also protect them and the will expressed by the citizens,” Kurti wrote.
