The leader of the Democratic Union for Integration (BDI), Ali Ahmeti, extended his condolences to the Arsllani family following a tragic accident in which a car carrying members of the family plunged into the Vardar River. Of the five people involved, three women have been confirmed dead, one person is still missing, and a child has survived.
Ahmeti expressed that this tragedy has shaken everyone, and during this difficult time for the Arsllani family, “we are with you.”
“It is with deep sorrow that I received the tragic news of the severe accident on the Rashce-Saraj road, where members of the Arsllani family from the village of Gërçec lost their lives. This tragedy has shocked us all and left us with broken hearts. We share the pain and sorrow with their relatives and friends, praying that God grants them strength and patience to cope with this immense loss.”
“My sincerest condolences go out to the Arsllani family. We are with you in this difficult moment, and we feel your pain as our own. We pray that the young angel who survived grows up with the strength of beautiful memories of his family. May God have mercy on their souls and ease the pain for their loved ones,” Ahmeti wrote.
Earlier, the Prosecutor’s Office in North Macedonia stated that search efforts are ongoing for the fourth person, while an autopsy has been ordered for the three victims.
Meanwhile, the child who survived the accident has been taken to the Clinical Center for treatment.
