The Mayor of Shtime, Qemajl Aliu, announced that the construction of the Special Institute is progressing at a rapid pace, describing it as the largest capital investment in the municipality’s history.
“This is another major investment we are delivering exactly as promised. Our commitments are not only becoming reality but are being implemented with high quality and standards,” Aliu stated.
According to him, while the project was initially met with skepticism, its successful implementation demonstrates the dedication and seriousness of the local government in improving conditions for both patients and healthcare staff in the municipality.
“We continue working tirelessly for all our citizens,” Aliu concluded.
