The Alliance held a meeting today with the heads of its local branches, discussing internal organization and political activities.
Regarding the election of the President, the Alliance stated that, in its view, the goal of those currently holding power illegally is to push the country toward new elections.
According to the Alliance, recent developments are consistent with what it has repeatedly warned about: blaming other political parties and setting an election date that serves their own interests.
The Alliance also launched a sharp attack on the government over its energy and economic policies, accusing it of leaving the country dependent on Serbia for electricity.
It further accused the government of purchasing medicines and other goods from Serbia, imposing pressure on local businesses, damaging the country’s economy, and deepening divisions among citizens.
The Alliance concluded that a government that divides its own citizens and fails to protect the country’s economy and energy security does not deserve to govern people’s lives.
