The Chief Prosecutor of Kosovo’s Special Prosecution, Blerim Isufaj, on Thursday hosted the Head of the OSCE Mission in Kosovo, Ambassador Gerard McGurk, for a working meeting.
According to the official statement, the meeting underscored the importance of continued cooperation between local and international institutions, with the aim of advancing legal, professional, and accountability standards in Kosovo’s justice system.
“During the meeting, discussions focused on the current challenges facing Kosovo’s justice system, as well as the next steps toward strengthening the rule of law,” the press release stated.
Ambassador McGurk reiterated the OSCE’s ongoing support for Kosovo’s justice institutions and expressed readiness to further contribute to enhancing inter-institutional cooperation.
