The Central Election Commission (CEC) of Kosovo announces that the period for political entities to apply for certification and submission of candidate lists for the Local Elections—scheduled for October 12, 2025—has officially begun.
🔹 Application Period:
📅 From June 26, 2025, to August 13, 2025
To facilitate the process, the CEC has activated an electronic application platform, allowing political entities to apply online.
✅ How to Apply Online:
🔹 Step 1
An authorized representative of the political entity (citizen initiatives or independent candidates) must fill in the required data via the CEC platform:

⚠️ Note: Registered political parties and coalitions have already received their credentials and do not need to complete this step.
🔹 Step 2
The Office for Registration, Certification, and Financial Control of Political Entities (ZRCKFSP) will approve or reject the initial application. Upon approval, credentials for accessing the platform will be sent to the authorized representative’s email.
