A tragic accident occurred this Saturday morning in Albania.
A vehicle collided with a truck on the “Përrenjas-Librazhd” road axis, resulting in the death of the vehicle’s driver and one passenger who was traveling with him.
The driver of the vehicle, identified by the initials Y.Z., has been taken to the police station for procedural investigations.
Official Statement:
On the “Librazhd-Përrenjas” road axis, a vehicle driven by E.M., 31, a resident of Korça, collided with a truck driven by Y.Z., 30. As a result of the accident, E.M. lost his life at the scene, and the passenger who was traveling with him sustained injuries and is receiving medical care.
The truck driver, Y.Z., has been taken into police custody for procedural actions.
The investigative team is continuing its work to clarify the circumstances and cause of the accident.
