The Regulatory Authority for Electronic and Postal Communications (ARKEP) has extended its deepest condolences on the passing of Anton Berisha, the institution’s first Board Chairman and a former diplomat.
In an official statement, ARKEP emphasized Berisha’s pivotal contributions to the establishment and progress of Kosovo’s electronic communications sector.
