An emotional video comes from Sicily, Italy. There, the Arbëresh people gathered in a square to sing in honor of Adem Jashari.
Among those sitting and singing was Adem Jashari’s son, Lulzim. “In the small square, we gathered to sing for Adem Jashari. What made it special was that his son Lulzim was there, surrounded by the youth of the Bashkimi association, who honored and touched us with his presence,” the video caption reads.
The footage was taken during the inauguration of the statue of the national hero Gjergj Kastrioti-Scanderbeg.
