The Minister of Culture, Youth, and Sports, Hajrullah Çeku, was not allowed to carry out an official visit to Presheva today.
This was due to the Serbian authorities denying him entry.
In response to this denial, the Mayor of Presheva, Ardita Sinani, has reacted.
She stated that this action is further evidence of the ongoing attempts to isolate the Albanians of Presheva.

Last-Minute Refusal – Another Act of Isolation Against Albanians of Presheva
Today, at 12:30 PM, a visit by the Minister of Culture, Youth, and Sports of Kosovo, Mr. Hajrullah Çeku, to the Municipality of Presheva was planned. Despite the request made according to the protocols of the Brussels Agreement, the Liaison Office in Belgrade informed about the refusal just one hour before the visit, violating the 48-hour response deadline.
This action serves as further proof of the continuous attempts to isolate the Albanians of Presheva.
The Albanians of Presheva deserve equal treatment and respect for their rights, just like all other citizens in the region.
