The Kosovo Judicial Council (KJC) and the Basic Court in Prishtina, as the competent authorities, have today received official information regarding a criminal investigation case in which, in addition to other individuals, a judge is suspected to be involved.
The KJC has also been informed by the management of the Basic Court in Prishtina that the case has been officially registered for further investigation concerning disciplinary responsibility.
The KJC stated that all actions will be undertaken in accordance with legal deadlines and that, to the extent permitted, the media and the public will be informed in a timely manner about further developments in this case.
