Assembly Continues Plenary Session Today, 20 Items on the Agenda

The Assembly of Kosovo will continue its plenary session today, starting at 12:00.

On the agenda, among other items, is the review of the proposal for the dismissal of the members of the RTK Board, the first review of the Draft Law on the State Bureau for the Verification and Confiscation of Unjustified Assets, as well as the review of the annual financial report of the Kosovo Budget for the year 2023.

1. Review of the proposal from six (6) deputies of the PDK parliamentary group for the dismissal of the members of the Board of Radio-Television of Kosovo,
2. Election of three (3) directors of the Board of the Public Enterprise System Operator, Transmission and Market,
3. Appointment of a member to the State Quality Council of the Kosovo Accreditation Agency from the ranks of students,
4. Review of Draft Law no. 08/L-317 on adherence to the “Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Civil or Commercial Matters”,

7. First review of Draft Law no. 08/L-312 on prohibiting the use of energy drinks for persons under eighteen (18) years of age,

9. First review of Draft Law no. 08/L-320 on mandatory health care insurance,
10. First review of Draft Law no. 08/L-322 for the State Bureau for the Verification and Confiscation of Unjustified Assets,
11. First review of Draft Law no. 08/L-316 for the amendment and supplementation of Law no. 08/L-036 on the Deployment of the Kosovo Security Force Abroad,

15. Establishment of an Ad-Hoc Committee for the selection of candidates for members of the Board of Radio-Television of Kosovo from the Albanian community,
16. Review of the proposal from seven (7) deputies from non-majority communities for the dismissal of the Deputy Speaker of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, Bahrim Shabani,
17. Review of the annual financial report of the Budget of the Republic of Kosovo for the year 2023,
18. Review of the annual performance report of the National Audit Office for the year 2023,
19. Review of the annual report of the Kosovo Pension Savings Fund for the year 2023,
20. Approval of the budget of the Parliamentary Inquiry Commission for the process of subsidizing the purchase of textbooks and educational materials for primary and lower secondary school students for the 2023/2024 school year, for the period from July 4, 2024, until the end of its mandate.
