Kosovo Security Force Commander, Lieutenant General Bashkim Jashari, has decorated the medical personnel of the Iowa National Guard.
This recognition is given in appreciation of their extraordinary commitment and contribution to the development of military medical capacities.
According to a post on Facebook by the Kosovo Security Force (KSF), the Iowa National Guard has provided continuous support to the KSF Medical Regiment by offering training for medical personnel, as well as expertise and professional support. They have been essential throughout the process of developing medical capacities, including the validation of these capacities for Role 1.
“KOMFSK highly valued the contribution and assistance provided by the Iowa National Guard in the enhancement of medical capacities within the Kosovo Security Force. They also agreed on further collaboration for the continued development of these capacities,” the KSF announcement stated.
