KFOR Commander Major General Enrico Barduani awarded medals to KFOR personnel today in recognition of their dedication and service.
During the ceremony, soldiers were honored with the NATO Non-Article 5 Medal, which is given to personnel serving in countries that are not NATO members. The medal recognizes their professionalism, commitment, and contributions to peace and stability in Kosovo.
“Major General Barduani expressed his sincere gratitude to the awardees, praising their strong sense of responsibility, competence, and loyalty, fully aligned with the values and spirit of the Alliance,” KFOR stated.
KFOR emphasized that it continues to fulfill its mandate to contribute to a safe and secure environment for all communities in Kosovo.
