The US stock market closed with all three major indices rising after weeks of losses.
By Monday’s close, the Dow Jones had gained around 0.8%, the tech-heavy Nasdaq rose about 1.2%, and the S&P 500 increased roughly 1%.
Oil prices also fell, with Brent crude around $93 per barrel after hitting a morning high of $102.
It was the best market day since the start of the war in Iran in late February, BBC reported.
