The candidate for prime minister from PDK, Bedri Hamza, has reacted to the death of Haxhi Thaçi, the father of President Thaçi, expressing his sincere condolences to the family.
Hamza, in a Facebook post, stated that the passing of Bac Haxhi is a great loss, not only for the Thaçi family but for all of us who knew him closely.
“A wise, noble, and beloved man to all of us has left us today. The passing of Bac Haxhi is a great loss, not only for the Thaçi family but for all of us who knew him closely.
He left behind an era of history and a legacy of love for the homeland. Bac Haxhi was and will remain an example of a man with a great soul, deeply connected with the land, family, and freedom. In these sorrowful moments, I express my sincerest condolences to the Thaçi family.
May God have mercy on Bac Haxhi, and may the soil of Kosovo rest lightly on him!” Hamza wrote.
