The President of Albania, Bajram Begaj, met with KFOR Commander in Kosovo, Major General Özkan Ulutaş, reaffirming Albania’s full support for the NATO-led peacekeeping mission.
Begaj shared the news on the social platform X (formerly Twitter), expressing his deep appreciation for KFOR’s essential role in maintaining peace and stability in Kosovo and the Western Balkans.
“I expressed my appreciation for KFOR’s essential role in preserving peace and stability in Kosovo and throughout the region, reaffirming Albania’s full support for this mission,” Begaj wrote.
The meeting underscored Albania’s ongoing commitment to regional security and cooperation with NATO allies in ensuring lasting peace in the Balkans.
