Ahead of the 39th constitutive session of the Assembly, sworn-in AAK deputy Bekë Berisha made a statement to the media, expressing his skepticism about a swift resolution to the political deadlock.

Berisha asserted that no one involved appears to have genuinely good intentions, and that the blockade in the Assembly seems destined to continue.

“I haven’t understood these versions of explanations from either side, but it seems they want to continue with the blockade. Nobody here has good intentions, perhaps we need to break some rules, expose them,” Berisha stated.

He further alleged that some deputies are lying and even meeting in secret. Berisha emphasized the critical need for the Kosovo Assembly to be constituted for the sake of the country.
