The Office of the Prime Minister has announced that Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi, in charge of European Integration, Development, and Dialogue, held a working dinner in Berlin with ambassadors of Kosovo’s friendly states and representatives of the German government.

The dinner, organized by the Embassy of Kosovo in Germany, focused on Kosovo’s progress in recent years, its path toward EU integration, economic development, and the dialogue process.

“Deputy Prime Minister Bislimi informed participants about Kosovo’s strong economic growth, averaging 6% annually during this government’s mandate, advancements in the rule of law, reforms under the European Reform Agenda, and improved international rankings reflecting this progress,” the statement said.

Prior to Berlin, Bislimi also visited Denmark.

Since March 22, 2025, the Kurti II Government has been serving in a caretaker capacity with limited competences, following the country’s ongoing political developments. Currently, questions remain regarding the full constitution of the Assembly, as a deputy speaker from the Serb community has not yet been elected.

Meanwhile, the Vetëvendosje Movement is expected to decide on Sunday regarding the nomination of a new prime ministerial candidate.
