In addition to discussing security concerns, Bislimi and Keating also addressed the ongoing dialogue process between Kosovo and Serbia.
“Deputy Prime Minister Bislimi thanked Congressman Keating for the unwavering and continuous support of the United States toward the Republic of Kosovo, especially highlighting the support for the MCC project, a $236.7 million Compact Program in partnership with the U.S.,” the statement read.
The two also discussed Kosovo’s democratic progress and the country’s economic growth over the last four years. Bislimi emphasized the positive macroeconomic indicators and the country’s perspective for sustainable economic growth moving forward.
