Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, reacted today following the opening session of Parliament, during which the opposition blocked the podium.
Writing on social media platform “X,” Rama referred to his discussion with Diella, the AI-created Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, who is tasked with Public Procurement.
“Diella saw Parliament today and just told me: The loser is not the one who falls, but the one who digs where he fell! What should be done, I asked? Never stop your opponent who is making a mistake, she replied,” Rama wrote.
Earlier today, the opposition began the first plenary session of the XI legislature with protests against the government.
The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, together with several opposition MPs holding placards, blocked the parliamentary podium.
Berisha demanded to address the chamber outside the agenda, but the session chair, Vasil Llajo, the oldest MP, interrupted his speech.
