The body of a 33-year-old man who was reported missing after jumping into Ujman Lake has been found in the northern part of Kosovo.
Sources confirmed that the victim is Rrahim Latifi, a 33-year-old from the village of Cerajë in the municipality of Mitrovica.
Latifi, who lived in Sweden as a member of the Kosovar diaspora, had returned to Kosovo for a vacation. He is believed to have jumped from a bridge into the Ujman Lake and subsequently went missing. His body was recovered after several days of search efforts.
Following the incident, the Kosovo Security Force (KSF) requested and received clearance from KFOR to deploy its search and rescue units to assist in locating the missing man.
Authorities have yet to provide official confirmation regarding the circumstances of the incident, and investigations remain ongoing.
