“We discussed preparations for the upcoming local elections and the need for all actors to fully respect the laws and procedures that support Kosovo’s democratic processes. The United Kingdom continues to stand firmly behind Kosovo’s institutions and their crucial role in protecting democracy and the rule of law,” Hargreaves wrote.
