Volodymyr Zelensky has arrived in London for a meeting with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
Starmer reiterated the United Kingdom’s support for Ukraine, stating, “We stand with Ukraine for as long as it takes.” He spoke of the “unwavering determination” to achieve lasting peace for Ukraine.
Zelensky thanked Starmer for his continued support and expressed gratitude to King Charles III for agreeing to meet with him tomorrow.
“We are happy to have such partners and friends,” he said.
Zelensky’s visit comes one day after his meeting with Donald Trump at the White House, and a few days after Starmer himself met with the U.S. president.
