The Assembly of Kosovo Committee on Budget will meet today at 14:00, with several financial items and draft laws on the ratification of loan agreements on the agenda.
At the meeting, committee members will first review and approve the agenda and the minutes from February 13, 2026, before proceeding to examine the 2026 budget of the Municipality of Zubin Potok.
Several draft laws on international loans are also included on the agenda:
- Review of Draft Law No. 10/L-013 on ratifying the loan agreement for the “Prishtina–Mitrovica High-Speed Road Project” (additional financing) between the Saudi Fund for Development and the Republic of Kosovo
- Review of Draft Law No. 10/L-011 on ratifying the loan agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the European Investment Bank for the “Solar Photovoltaic Energy Project at KEK – Global Gateway”
- Review of Draft Law No. 10/L-014 on ratifying the loan agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for the “Wastewater Treatment Plant in Podujeva”
- Review of Draft Law No. 10/L-012 on ratifying the loan agreement between the Republic of Kosovo (represented by the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for the “Energy Efficiency in Public Buildings Project”
The meeting will conclude with an “other matters” agenda item.
