The caretaker Government of Kosovo held an electronic meeting on Friday, during which it approved five important decisions, according to the Office of the Prime Minister.
1️⃣ Mandate Extension – The mandate of the Commission for the Verification of Diplomas issued by the University of North Mitrovica has been extended until October 15, 2025.
2️⃣ Health Sector Reform – Amendments were made to the Statute of the Kosovo Clinical and University Hospital Service (SHSKUK).
3️⃣ Agriculture Ministry Budget Reallocation – Approval was given for the reallocation of €105,000 (up to 25% of the affected capital investment budget line) to cover financial obligations for capital projects, specifically:
- Construction of the Regional Office for AUV Inspectorate in Ferizaj
- Construction of the Regional Office for AUV Inspectorate in Gjakova.
4️⃣ Environmental Ministry Budget Increase – Approval was granted for an additional €580,000 spending limit from loan funds to finance the Real Estate Cadastre and Geospatial Infrastructure Project.
5️⃣ Environmental Ministry Allocation – An additional €372,000 was allocated for the same cadastre and geospatial infrastructure project.
These decisions reflect ongoing efforts by the caretaker government to maintain institutional continuity, support public services, and advance infrastructure projects despite the current political transition.
