Unlike the last match that took place in Serbia between Albania and Serbia, when armed Serbian fans stormed the pitch and attacked Albanian players, the match in Albania was held without any incidents.
However, it seems the Serbian players aimed to portray themselves as victims by any means necessary—even by provoking incidents.
In a video from the match, Serbian defender Strahinja Erakovic is seen lying on the ground holding his head.
He does this as if he was hit by the fans, yet the video clearly shows there was no contact at all.
This was apparently noticed by some Albanian players, who can be seen visibly frustrated by the Serbian defender’s gesture.
