The recount of 1,631 postal ballots, which were previously declared invalid, has been completed at the Counting and Results Center, as reported by Rks News.
“These ballots have been reevaluated in accordance with the request expressed in the decision of the Election Appeals and Complaints Panel,” said the spokesperson of the CEC, Valmir Elezi.
According to him, the CEC has ensured full transparency in the counting process.
“Furthermore, the counting has been conducted in the presence of accredited observers and the media,” he added.
