The Chair of the Central Election Commission (CEC), Kreshnik Radoniqi, exercised his right to vote early this morning.

Following his vote, he called for high voter turnout in today’s election process.

“These are elections for which the CEC has been working for six months. We have made numerous preparations and introduced several process adjustments in line with the law. In this election, we have improved the platform, with support from the United Kingdom. All preparations at the municipal centers have been completed,” Radoniqi stated.

He also confirmed that all arrangements for the conduct of the elections have been finalized, adding:

“We expect the counting process to begin tomorrow in all municipalities.”
