The Central Election Commission (CEC) has once again failed to certify the Serb List for the early elections of December 28.
With two votes in favor, two against, and seven abstentions, the CEC did not certify the Serb List for the December 28 elections.
CEC Chair Kreshnik Radoniqi and the Serbian member voted in favor, while the two members from the Vetëvendosje Movement voted against.
Members from other political parties abstained.
