In the latest update from Albania’s Central Election Commission (CEC), as of 7:00 PM, a voter turnout of 79.24% has been reported for registered voters from the diaspora.
According to the CEC, 194,889 envelopes have arrived from a total of 245,935 registered voters, reports Euronews.al.
The county with the highest number of received envelopes is Tirana, with a participation rate of 80.84%, followed by Fier and Durrës, with similarly high percentages.
