Canadian superstar Celine Dion has protested against the Republican candidate Donald Trump’s campaign for using her global hit “My Heart Will Go On” from the famous film “Titanic” without authorization.

Celine Dion and her label, Sony Music Entertainment Canada, have objected to the “unauthorized use of video, musical performance, and image of Celine Dion singing the hit during a campaign rally for Donald Trump and his vice-presidential candidate JD Vance in Montana” on Friday.

“This use or any similar use is not authorized by Celine Dion,” her team stated on the singer’s Instagram account.

Dion, who suffers from Stiff-Person Syndrome (SPS) and has not performed live since 2020, opened the Olympics on July 26 in Paris by singing Edith Piaf’s “Hymn of Love” from the first level of the Eiffel Tower.
