The trial at the Kosovo Specialist Chambers in The Hague concluded the session with the closing statement of the defense for former KLA leader Rexhep Selimi.
The court is currently in a lunch break and will resume at 13:30 with the closing statement of the defense for Jakup Krasniqi.
Selimi’s defense attorney, Geoffrey Roberts, rejected all allegations related to appointments of individuals during the war period, describing them as unfounded. He further stated that Selimi is innocent and requested that he be formally acquitted.
