A Colombian citizen was arrested in the early hours of the morning in Prishtina, suspected of committing a serious physical assault on two Kosovar women.
According to the official report from the Kosovo Police, the incident occurred on January 8, 2026, around 05:25, when the suspect allegedly attacked the two women using a sharp object.
Police units responding to the scene arrested the suspect and during a search confiscated the weapon—a knife reportedly used in the assault—and 2.4 grams of a substance suspected to be narcotics.
The victims received medical treatment, and the competent prosecutor was notified. Following interrogation, the suspect was placed in custody by order of the prosecutor.
