The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, posted on X regarding the confiscation of weapons over the last three days in the north.
He stated that inspection requests come from ordinary citizens and emphasized that the safety of people and the entire country remains a priority for the government.
“Our police have confiscated a significant amount of weaponry over the past three days, as seen in the photos, including arms and grenades in the northern part of the country.”
“Inspection requests come from ordinary citizens who alert the police. The safety of people and the security of the entire country remain key priorities for our government, especially when faced with such immediate threats to our collective security,” Kurti wrote.
