Israel and Iran exchanged airstrikes again overnight, with the southern Israeli city of Beersheba being hit for the second time within 24 hours, reports Rks News.
According to the Israeli Ministry of Health, the previous attack left at least 71 people injured. In the latest strikes that took place overnight into Friday morning, five more people were injured and taken to hospital for treatment, confirmed Israeli emergency services, reports BBC.
Early footage from the scene shows significant damage to residential buildings in Beersheba, while authorities remain on alert for possible further attacks.
