The Constitutional Court has not yet started examining the case concerning President Vjosa Osmani’s decree to dissolve the Assembly.
Sources within the court say that all materials submitted by the interested parties must first be translated into the relevant languages for the seven judges of the Constitutional Court.
At the beginning of next week, the Court is expected to start reviewing President Osmani’s decree to dissolve the Assembly.
RTV21 reported yesterday that the Constitutional Court will consider together the requests submitted by Prime Minister Albin Kurti and the LVV Parliamentary Group, due to their shared subject matter.
