The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, will call for a political compromise among parties during her upcoming consultations.
This was stated by the President’s media advisor, Bekim Kupina, who noted that the consultations will emphasize the importance of approving the 2026 Budget and the Growth Plan.
According to Kupina, Osmani considers these measures essential for institutional stability and the normal functioning of the state.
“President Osmani, during consultations with political parties, will stress the importance of approving the 2026 Budget and the Growth Plan as acts essential for institutional stability, the normal functioning of the state, and the economic development of our country. The President will call for a political compromise that guarantees the interests of Kosovo and its citizens, and ensures a forward path for the advancement of the country,” Kupina stated.
He further emphasized that Osmani will encourage political parties to cooperate to prevent any blockade that could negatively affect citizens’ well-being and the functioning of Kosovo’s institutions.
