The counting of votes for parliamentary candidates has resumed in the 1 Tetori hall in Prishtina, after a brief interruption.

The counting at the municipal center in Prishtina was halted due to a procedural system issue, as well as an incident between the commissioners.

It is reported that commissioners from the Vetëvendosje Movement and the Democratic League of Kosovo clashed over the declaration of a vote as invalid.

A prosecutor has also arrived at the scene.

The counting of votes for deputies in the municipal centers was supposed to start yesterday.

However, today, counting has only begun in Prishtina, Obiliq, Lipjan, and Partesh.

The spokesperson of the Central Election Commission (CEC), Valmir Elezi, stated that counting in other municipalities is expected to begin tomorrow.

There have been many complaints about the inefficiency of the CEC in this election.
