The Basic Court in Prishtina will hold the next hearing tomorrow in the case related to the terrorist attack in Banjska, with defendants Blagoje Spasojević, Vladimir Tolić, and Dušan Maksimović.
These three individuals, out of a total of 45 accused, face charges for terrorist acts committed during the attack in which police officer Afrim Bunjaku was killed. The attack was led by the fugitive criminal Milan Radojičić, who has publicly admitted his role.
Out of the 45 accused, 42 remain at large, including Milan Radojičić. On September 11, 2024, Kosovo’s Special Prosecution filed indictments against them for terrorism, financing terrorism, and other serious crimes.
Kosovar authorities have requested the extradition of Radojičić and the other accused from Serbia, but so far, no surrender has occurred. International pressure, including from INTERPOL, has been applied to Serbia to hand over the suspects to Kosovo’s justice system.
