The protest by activists and citizens in Tirana has entered its 37th consecutive day. As every evening, demonstrators gathered this Monday at around 7:40 p.m. in Skanderbeg Square, chanting slogans including “Rama, resign!” and “Rama to prison, Berisha to prison!”
The protesters then marched along Dëshmorët e Kombit Boulevard, stopping in front of the Prime Minister’s Office, where they continued their daily demonstration with chants and banners.
The movement’s main demand remains the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama and his government, which protesters say is the primary objective of their ongoing campaign.
